Cancellation-language checks
These CFPB counts are keyword matches within published Experian complaint narratives. They are directional signals, not verified cancellation outcomes, and phrases may appear in different contexts.
What can—and cannot—change a score
Verified cancellation channel, steps, notice, fees, billing, refunds, and aftercare may determine a score.
FCC and CFPB complaints can guide research priorities, but allegations never add score points by themselves.
SEC filings can identify contracts, churn, or membership risks. They do not establish consumer instructions without corroboration.
