How to cancel Alamo Season Pass

Start with the cancellation link above. The quickest sequence is 1) Check the monthly anniversary and plan; 2) Review future reservations first; 3) Cancel in Season Pass management; 4) Confirm the end date; 5) Handle reservations and credits; 6) Check fees and the next statement. Stay in the flow until you see an end date or receive written confirmation.

Gather the account holder’s name, account number, billing email or service address, and the date you want service to end. Then check your statement for the name of the company collecting payment. Not using or deleting the app does not cancel billing. Season Pass and the free Victory rewards account are different.

Cancel before the monthly signup anniversary. The membership remains active until that anniversary, but waiting until the renewal day risks another full month. Automatic monthly membership billing stops after cancellation; benefits continue through the current monthly anniversary. Give yourself time before the cutoff, save the end date shown on screen, and check the next statement for any charge already in progress.

Fees or a remaining balance: Alamo does not state a membership cancellation fee. Per-ticket processing and premium charges incurred during the active period can still apply. Save copies outside the company’s app or account in case access disappears. Your proof should show the request date, effective date, affected service, and confirmation or reference number.

Compare the new charge with the effective date on your confirmation. Then contact Alamo Season Pass with a short timeline showing the request, confirmation, promised end date, and charge. Ask for a written correction and any refund due. If that goes nowhere, send the same records to your payment provider and ask how long you have to dispute the charge.
