How to cancel Everand

Start with the cancellation link above. The quickest sequence is 1) Identify the product and biller; 2) Open subscription controls; 3) Start cancellation; 4) Finish every prompt; 5) Save the email and end date; 6) Find your cancellation cutoff; 7) Make sure the charge is gone. Stay in the flow until you see an end date or receive written confirmation.

Gather the account holder’s name, account number, billing email or service address, and the date you want service to end. Then check your statement for the name of the company collecting payment. Unused unlocks expire and unlocked books lock when paid access ends. Cancelling a legacy plan permanently ends that plan and its bundled Scribd and SlideShare access.

Cancel before renewal; Everand says free trials must be cancelled at least 24 hours before they end to avoid billing. Paid access continues through the current billing period; free-trial access ends immediately when cancelled. Give yourself time before the cutoff, save the end date shown on screen, and check the next statement for any charge already in progress.
