Identify the insurer on the declarations page, put replacement coverage in force, then call or visit the servicing club and obtain a written cancellation effective date and premium accounting. Timing: The issuing insurer, policy contract, state, and requested effective date control. Do not assume that cancelling AAA membership, stopping AutoPay, or missing a payment cancels insurance cleanly. There is no universal AAA cancellation fee. Ask the issuing insurer for the exact premium and fee calculation before setting the effective date. Billing is reconciled through the confirmed policy-cancellation effective date. Direct billing, Apple and Google Play also use separate routes, and processed charges are generally non-refundable. List every Age of Learning charge and email address, cancel each active subscription, skip retention pricing if leaving and require a confirmation email for every plan.
