Start with the cancellation link above. The quickest sequence is 1) Confirm who collected the payment; 2) Open Billing in Nord Account; 3) Turn off Auto-renewal; 4) Verify both status and email; 5) Request a qualifying refund separately; 6) Track the refund through completion. Stay in the flow until you see an end date or receive written confirmation.
